GENERAL SANTOS CITY (19 August 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera presents some of the 40 new beneficiaries of the Community Teach Program of the local government of General Santos City, in partnership with Department of Education (DepEd) Gensan and Smart Communications.
