GENERAL SANTOS CITY (29 September 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera comforts seven families of Olaer, Barangay Labangal whose houses were raze by a midnight fire on September 18. The mayor committed to shoulder the schooling expenses of the kids of these affected families.
