GENERAL SANTOS CITY (05 October 2014) - During the culmination of the World Tourism Day celebration of the city on Friday, October 3, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera conveys the importance of Gensan as the gateway of Region 12's major tourism sites such as Sarangani and South Cotabato.
