GENERAL SANTOS CITY (04 October 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera signs a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation, to give farmers in the city free insurance for their crops, livestock and poultry in case of fortuitous events.
