GENERAL SANTOS CITY (18 November 2014) - In behalf of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, Vice Mayor Shirlyn Banas Nograles inducts this year's set of Junior Officials Monday, November 17, at Oval Gymnasium. The set is composed of 16 high school students from different campuses of the city. They were screened by the Youth Affairs Division Office and the Junior Officials Committee for four months before being selected. Abigail Huang, 16, a student of Hope Christian School was picked to be the counterpart of Mayor Rivera for one week. (Gensan CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
