GENERAL SANTOS CITY (06 November 2014) - Barangay leaders are convened by the Department of Education and the local government unit of General Santos City (LGU-GSC) on Monday, November 3, for the launching of Project Modelo in the barangays of the city. Project Modelo is initiated by the DepEd in partnership with City Mayor Ronnel Rivera to create educational-friendly institutions and communities here in Gensan. (Gensan CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
