GENERAL SANTOS CITY (28 February 2015) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and Supreme Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez (right of mayor) lay the time capsule Thursday, February 26, for the construction of the first archive building of Gensan's Hall of Justice.
