GENERAL SANTOS CITY (12 March 2015) - Volunteer residents from the barangays of Fatima, San Isidro, San Jose, Sinawal, Baluan, and Bawing participate in the Rapid Community Response Program (RCRP) of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and Integrated Barangay Affairs (IBA) of the city government Wednesday, March 11.
