GENERAL SANTOS CITY (17 June 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera joins entrepreneurs in the first Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Regional Congress at KCC Convention Center Tuesday, June 17. Rivera encouraged businessmen and entrepreneurs to rise in the challenge of globalization and strive towards smart innovations.
