GENERAL SANTOS CITY (3 February 2014) - The Villar Foundation gives a P700,000 compost machine to Barangay Calumpang Monday, February 2, during the local government employees' flag ceremony, as requested by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera. Councilors Dominador Lagare (2nd from right), Mario Empal (4th from right), Rosalita Nunez (5th from right), Ramon Melliza (6th from right), and Beth Bagonoc (7th from right) received the project from the Villar Foundation on behalf of the city.
