GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 November 2014) - In behalf of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, Councilor Rosalita Nunez partners with PAGCOR in donating a four-story building with 20 classrooms to General Santos City National High School (GSCNHS) in Barangay Calumpang on November 20. Targeted to be finished in July 2015, this donation is one of fulfillment of the promise of Mayor Rivera in his State of the City Address last August to address the inadequacy of classrooms in the city.
