GENERAL SANTOS CITY (12 December 2014) - After a series of delays, the construction of the Silway Bridge in the Circumferential Road Northern Section that will connect Barangay Mabuhay and Barangay Apopong has started. This structure is under the second phase of circumferential road project funded by the Department of Public Works and Highways and in coordination with City Mayor Ronnel Rivera.
