GENERAL SANTOS CITY (8 December 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera (2nd from right) and Gensan Tourism Council chair Jane Gollon-Rivera (3rd from right) lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Flea Market at the Oval Plaza Friday, December 5. With them are City Councilors Shandee Llido - Pestano (extreme left) and Dominador Lagare III (extreme right).
