GENERAL SANTOS CITY (11 August 2014) - A MOA-Signing takes place between City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and South Cotabato Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce officers Sunday, August 10, for the latter's donation of 8 classrooms for the different public schools in the city. During the event, the Filipino-Chinese community also pledged their support to the mayor in his thrust to create a better educational system in Gensan. (GENSAN CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
