GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 August 2014) - The president of Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Alma Moreno and councilors from General Santos City and Sarangani convey to City Mayor Ronnel Rivera that GenSan has been chosen as the host city for the upcoming PCL national convention this September. Moreno also told the city mayor that they expect some 3,000 participants would attend the convention. Many councilors across the country, she said, want to "experience Gensan".
