GENERAL SANTOS CITY (18 November 2014) - Amalia Caballes, principal of Bula National School of Fisheries, raises the cheque donation given by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera to their school on November 14. This donation is a personal initiative of Mayor Rivera called "PTA Donation" where he provides personal monetary help to different needy but deserving scholars in the city.
