GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 May 2014) - Rommel, an incoming Grade 3 pupil of Romana Acharon Elementary School in Barangay Calumpang learns how to write and pronounce the letter "M" through the program Community Teach of the city government and Department of Education with the participation of Smart Communications.
