GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 May 2014) - The Community Teach Program is an educational initiative of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and Department of Education in partnership with Smart Communications that offers remedial reading classes and supplemental feeding program to selected incoming Grade 3 pupils.
