GENERAL SANTOS CITY (07 May2013) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera appeals to barangay officials to come out with a comprehensive barangay development plan (BDP) during the BDP seminar conducted by the Department of Interior and Local Government at Venue 88 Tuesday, May 6. The city mayor reiterated his development outlook for General Santos. He encouraged barangay officials to include in their BDP at least initiatives for clean water projects and botika sa barangay.
