GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 May 2014) - Even with a broken arm, Hazel Rico, a teacher at Dadiangas South Elementary School, still chose to teach the student beneficiaries of the Community Teach project of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and Department of Education, with the partnership of Smart Communications. In her 17th year in the service, Rico said that being part of the Community Teach is an opportunity for an ordinary teacher to do something special for these needy students. And even with her injury, Rico bared that she will continue to be a volunteer teacher for the Community Teach, just for the sake for her students. (GENSAN CPIO/Russell Delvo)
