GENERAL SANTOS CITY (22 February 2015) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera congratulates Gensan's athletes after bagging the first place overall in the recently concluded SOCCSKSARGEN Region Athletic Association (SRAA) Meet in closing ceremonies on February 20.
