GENERAL SANTOS CITY (7 February 2015) - The Tinagacan Elementary School receives 100 armchairs from City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and RD Foundation Inc. Thursday, February 5, through the "Edukasyon Mo, Kabuhayan Ko" Program. This initiative was started by Mayor Rivera himself to fill in the 14,000 inadequacy of armchairs in the public schools of the city. (Gensan CPIO/Russel Delvo)
