GENERAL SANTOS CITY (22 February 2015) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and wife Jane Gollon-Rivera are with the management of Kalilangan 2015 organizer Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (RMMC) in unveiling the "iKons" cultural exhibit on February 20 inside SM Gensan.
