GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 February 2015)  - In partnership with the City Mayor's Office - Integrated Barangay Affairs, Bong Dacera, action officer of the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, lectures about Rapid Community Response Project before different barangay representatives on January 28.
