GENERAL SANTOS CITY (05 July 2014) - Cheaper basic goods are sold Friday, July 4, in Barangay Bawing as part of the first Diskwento Program of the Integrated Barangay Affairs (IBA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and City Mayor Ronnel Rivera.
