GENERAL SANTOS CITY (19 July 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera leads the local government unit of General Santos City in celebrating the 36th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week Thursday, July 17, which was participated in by over 600 persons with disabilities (PWDs) from different schools and barangays.
