GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 July 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera (seated, extreme right) and Vice Mayor Shirlyn Bañas-Nograles (3rd from right) sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center represented by Atty. Sherry Ann Austria (center) regarding the Integrated Economic Development for the Regional Trade in General Santos City Tuesday, July 15, at Sangguniang Panglungsod. This partnership between the local government unit of General Santos City and PPP Center will fast-track the development of Gensan as the agri-industrial hub, such as the construction of the Integrated Food Terminal and many farm-to-market roads.
