GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 September 2014) - In a press conference held at Rosewood Convention Center on Friday (August 29), City Mayor Ronnel Rivera confidently bared that the city is beefed up and ready for the 16th National Tuna Congress this September 4-5. It is expected that the Tuna Congress will draw a thousand national and international fishing delegates and stakeholders. One of the topics that will be addressed in the congress is the issue of sustainability of the tuna catches as the ASEAN Integration 2015 closes in. (Gensan CPIO/Russell Delvo)
