GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 September 2014) - A plaque with an inscribed SP Resolution No.413, Series of 2014 is handed by Vice Mayor Shirlyn Banas-Nograles to grandson of General Paulino Santos, Amado Munda, on Friday (August 29). The resolution was for the purpose of commemorating the 69th Death Anniversary of the founder of the city, General Paulino Santos. (Gensan CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
