GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 September 2014) - A 7-minute fireworks display lights the sky of Gensan with a spectrum of colors and glorious sparks during the opening night of the 16th Tuna Festival and 46th Charter Anniversary of the city Friday, September 05.
