GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 May 2015) - Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and City Mayor Ronnel Rivera attend the 13th National Biennial Convention on Civil Registration and 3rd National Capability Building Seminar of Barangay Secretaries and Partners in Civil Registration on May 18 at SM Gensan Trade Hall. The purpose of Senator Marcos' attendance was to gather support from civil registrars in amending Commonwealth Act 3753. (Gensan CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
