GENERAL SANTOS CITY ( 16 June 2014) - Day Care Workers Federation's new set of officers take oath before City Mayor Ronnel Rivera at Amandari Cove on June 13. The newly-installed officers pledged to cooperate and support Rivera's thrust towards education for all.
