GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 May 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera speaks before members of peace-keeping agencies of Region 12 as they play traditional Filipino games during the 2014 Siglakas Friday, May 30, at Camp Fermin Lira. Participants are the General Santos City Police Office, Joint Task Force GenSan, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Army, Civil Security Unit, and National Security Unit.
