GENERAL SANTOS CITY (09 June 2014) - Thousands of the city's elderly listen to City Mayor Ronnel Rivera as he points out their importance in the nation-building process during the Mid-year Assembly and Election of the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) at Lagao Gymnasium.
