GENERAL SANTOS CITY (17 July 2014) - The Ligaya High School receives a PTA and book donation from City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and RCR Foundation Inc. (RCRFI) Wednesday, July 16. New groups also partnered with the city mayor in giving free services to the public schools of the city such as the Mike Wee Foundation and K101 Love Radio. (GENSAN CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
