GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 June 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera delivers a brief report before hundreds of tricycle operators and drivers regarding the transportation plans he has for the city during the General Assembly of General Santos City Federation Tricycle Operators and Drivers' Association (GSCFTODA). The mayor said this coming October, the study by the League of City of the Philippines will be finished and will give him the baseline data on the real scenario of transportation system of GenSan.
