GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 July 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera makes the ceremonial toss of the LGU-GSC Inter-Department Palarong Pang Empleyado Monday, July 14, as part of the celebration of the 114th Anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
