GENERAL SANTOS CITY (27 May 2015) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera congratulates members of the Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association (RSWA) of Purok Baganga, Barangay Apopong Tuesday, May 26, for electing their new set of officers.
