GENERAL SANTOS CITY (14 May 2015) - The 2nd Gensan Summer Youth Festival features the first Hippie Float Parade in which creative floats roll on from SM Mall Gensan to Oval Plaza Tuesday, May 12. Each barangay has its own float crafted by its own young people. (Gensan CPIO/ Russell Delvo)
