GENERAL SANTOS CITY (13 May 2015) - The first Summer Youth Camp opens on the night of Tuesday, May 11, with community dancing of hundreds of young people. The Summer Youth Camp, starting May 12 - 15 inside Oval Plaza, was initiated by the city government for teenagers to socialize with other youth coming from different barangays.
