GENERAL SANTOS CITY (27 May 2015) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera launches the Likay Droga Program -- a city government initiative to educate the youth with the dangers of drug abuse and addiction -- during the closing of the 2nd Gensan Summer Youth Festival on May 23. Likay Droga is also backed by the Philippine National Police, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Education, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and various private schools in the city.
