GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 May 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera receives P1.2 million from Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Director Ofelia Domingo to start two DOLE livelihood projects in the city. The "NegoKart" and "Starter Kit" are DOLE programs that will be implemented by the city government to generate employment for those in the marginalized sector by helping them to start their own small businesses.
