GENERAL SANTOS CITY (22 May 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera spearheads the launching of Modelo Project and Brigada Eskwela 2014 Wednesday, May 21, at KCC Veranza. With the Department of Education (DepEd), different barangays, and even the private sector, Mayor Rivera pointed out that he wants "to invest in education", giving priority on how to address the issues and concerns regarding the educational system of the city.
