GENERAL SANTOS CITY (23 February 2014) - Some 4,000 indigents of General Santos City benefit from the Modified Conditional Cash Transfer (MCCT) of Department of Social Welfare and Development in partnership with the city government Saturday, February 22. The MCCT program aims to assist the identified poor families from the 26 barangays of GenSan by providing them educational and health allowance.
