GENERAL SANTOS CITY (29 April 2014) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera (center) and Smart Communications Public Affairs Division Head, Mindanao Area Haydee Bernabe (3rd to the right of mayor) spearhead the orientation of volunteers for the launching of Community Teach project on April 30 at SM City. The Community Teach program is an educational initiative of Mayor Rivera in partnership with Smart Communications to involve the communities around schools in raising the academic performance of children while inculcating good moral values.
