GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 March 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera hands diplomas to kindergarten pupils of International Care Ministry Jumpstart Primary Schools during their graduation ceremony Tuesday, March 18, at Oval Gymnasium.
