GENERAL SANTOS CITY (03 March 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera (extreme right), City Engineer Francisco Provido, City Administrator Atty. Arnel Zapatos and Office of the Building Official head Engr. Juan Marco Antonio Reyes study the blueprint of the One-Stop-Shop Building of the city government Monday, March 03. According to Engr.
