GENERAL SANTOS CITY (21 February 2014) - As of Thursday, February 20, members of Family Resource Allocation Management and Enhancement (FRAME) Savers are now officially eligible to be enrolled with Social Security System as pushed through by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera. Rivera disclosed to some 932 participants of the Social-Economic Transformation Group Leaders and Treasurers (SET-G) Leadership and Disaster Preparedness Training organized by the City Social Welfare and Development Office that in his administration, the bolstering of people empowerment and people's participation in civic activities are highly prioritized.
