Mary Jane Paredes, GenSan City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, executive director of Corporate Network for Disaster Response (CNDR) Conchita Ragracio and DILG OIC-City Director Rilimin Sandoval sign the Memorandum of Agreement to launch GenSan Rescue 727 hotline Thursday, February 27. The hotline will cater to emergency needs through the use of SMS or Short Messaging Services, akin to 911.
