GENERAL SANTOS CITY (23 February 2014) - Following the steps of boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, young boxers from GenSan, Sarangani Province and North Cotabato join the "Kalilangan 2014 Amateur Boxing Competition" Saturday, February 22.
